วิธีขอลบข้อมูล

ขอลบข้อมูลได้อย่างไร

หากท่านเคยติดต่อร้าน QC Smart Farm ทาง Facebook Messenger หรือ LINE และต้องการให้ร้านลบข้อมูลของท่าน ทำได้ 2 ทาง

1. ส่งอีเมลมาที่ qcsmartfarm.system@gmail.com โดยระบุ ชื่อที่ท่านใช้แชทกับร้าน และ ช่องทางที่ใช้ (Facebook หรือ LINE)
2. หรือทักเข้ามาในแชทที่ท่านใช้ติดต่อร้าน แล้วพิมพ์ว่า “ขอให้ลบข้อมูลของฉัน”

ร้านจะดำเนินการให้ภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ และจะแจ้งกลับให้ท่านทราบเมื่อลบเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

ข้อมูลอะไรที่จะถูกลบ

• ข้อความและรูปที่ท่านส่งเข้ามาในแชทของร้าน
• ชื่อที่แสดงและรหัสผู้ใช้ของช่องทางแชทนั้น
• ชื่อ เบอร์โทร และที่อยู่จัดส่งที่ท่านเคยแจ้งกับร้าน

⚠️ ยกเว้นเอกสารการซื้อขายที่กฎหมายบัญชีบังคับให้เก็บ เช่น ใบเสร็จและใบกำกับภาษีของออเดอร์ที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ส่วนนี้ร้านลบทันทีไม่ได้ตามกฎหมาย แต่จะไม่ถูกนำไปใช้ติดต่อท่านอีก

How to request deletion of your data

QC Smart Farm is a veterinary pharmacy and animal feed store in Lopburi, Thailand. If you have contacted our shop through Facebook Messenger or LINE and want us to delete your data, you can either:

1. Email qcsmartfarm.system@gmail.com with the name you used to chat with us and the channel (Facebook or LINE); or
2. Send us a message in that same chat asking us to delete your data.

We will delete your messages, images, display name, channel user ID, and any contact and delivery details you gave us, within 30 days, free of charge, and confirm back to you. Sales records that Thai accounting law requires us to keep are retained but are not used to contact you again.
